If you practice falling and landing flat on your back (back straight, arms splayed out, chin tucked), be prepared to have overall aches and pains for the following week. Saturday, I practiced this for about half an hour, probably plunging myself into the carpeted floor two dozen times or so from a low standing position. This was followed by Tiger Cushion Step practice, whereby I kept jumping down from high places with a light step.
Next week, someone from my friends list here will be joining my class. I can't wait!
